Role Overview:

We are pleased to announce an opportunity to bring on board a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team at Cardo in Cardiff.

This is a key support role, working closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play an important part in delivering quality service to our clients and tenants. This role offers opportunities for career progression, with a salary increase upon successful completion of the probation period.

Responsibilities:

  • Logging jobs into our internal system
  • Scheduling and communicating appointments with tenants
  • Using client portals for updates and communication
  • Liaising with clients, operatives, and subcontractor
  • Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Sending regular reports to client
  • Raising purchase orders as require
  • Supporting the Contracts Manager with general administrative tasks
  • Collaborating effectively within a team environment

You Will Need:

  • Previous experience in an customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks throughout the da
  • Confident working with internal systems and client portal
  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
