Cardo Canterbury, along with other business supported the Kent Education Business Partnership organised careers event for students of Archbishops school, event hosted at the University of Kent.
Mock interview sessions, with students visiting each career stand in small groups in a hot hall for fast paced engagement.
Students (each session) were put into groups of 2 or 3 and given around 7- 10 min to have a conversation with each business representative. Students were briefed beforehand regarding questions they may like to ask, (for those who may need support with ‘breaking the ice) to find out what each company does and explore, possible career pathways.
