Community Spirit: Cardo’s Halloween Party Brings Families Together
Cardo was thrilled to support the Halloween Children’s Party at Grove Hill Community Centre, organised in collaboration with Dacorum Borough Council, to bring local families together for a festive celebration.
This Halloween event went beyond fun and games; it was an opportunity to support children’s well-being and strengthen family bonds. Through arts and crafts and festive activities, children could express their creativity, build confidence, and develop social skills. For parents and guardians, seeing their children engaged and happy brought immense joy. Cardo’s provision of arts and crafts supplies ensured that every child could join in.
In today’s fast-paced world, finding quality family time can be challenging. Cardo’s support of the Halloween Children’s Party created a space for families to make lasting memories. The event encouraged collaboration on creative projects, shared experiences, and stronger family connections. By organising activities for all ages, Cardo made it a truly family-friendly affair where parents and children could enjoy the fun together.
To make the event even more special, each family received a pumpkin from Cardo to take home, giving them the chance to continue the Halloween spirit by carving their own pumpkins. The Grove Hill Community Centre was transformed into a festive, haunted space with a bouncy castle, Halloween music, and balloon crafting, creating an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The on-site café kept spirits high with a selection of food and drinks.
Cardo is committed to supporting initiatives that promote community engagement, well-being, and family connections. This event was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the local community and create lasting memories for families in Hemel Hempstead and strengthen neighbourhood bonds.
