Cardo Operatives support Movember by completing half marathon
Cardo is proud to support Movember through the incredible efforts of Slough Operative, Dawid Pajor, and Canterbury Operative, Kevin Hulks, who completed the Movember half marathon on Saturday 2nd November, each finishing in under two hours.
This outstanding accomplishment has already raised over £600. Colleagues Robin and Sam from Canterbury City Council joined in to cheer them on as they reached the finish line, embodying the spirit of teamwork and community support that Cardo values deeply.
Movember is a global movement dedicated to improving men’s health, particularly in areas like mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Throughout November, participants are encouraged to grow Mustaches, take on physical challenges, or engage in other activities to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues.
