Cardo is proud to be sponsoring Megan Llewellyn, a Level 3 Carpentry apprentice, as she continues to pursue her passion for competitive clay pigeon shooting and works towards achieving selection for the Welsh team.

Megan has been involved in the sport since the age of 11 and regularly trains and competes at Dragon Clay Sports. Through years of dedication and consistent training, she is now achieving impressive scores averaging from the high 80s through to the mid-90s out of 100 clays.

As part of the sponsorship, Cardo is supporting Megan with the cost of cartridges for the shooting season, helping her continue competing and progressing within the sport.

The support reflects Cardo’s commitment to investing in colleagues and recognising achievements both inside and outside the workplace.

Alongside developing her skills within the construction industry through her apprenticeship, Megan continues to show significant discipline, focus and commitment in balancing work, training and competitions. Her ambition to compete at Welsh team level demonstrates the hard work and determination she has put into the sport over many years.

Cardo is committed to supporting grassroots sport and recognising the positive impact local sporting opportunities can have on confidence, wellbeing and personal development.
