This included the installation of:

Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems to harness renewable energy.
Cavity Wall Insulation to improve thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss
Loft insulation top-up or replacement
Advanced ventilation systems to ensure optimal airflow and indoor air quality

The purpose of this contract was to contribute to reduced energy consumption and lower utility costs for the residents.

We delivered 371 measures in total on this project, as well as ventilation upgrades to all 165 properties.

Loft insulation replacements: 121 properties.
