LCB is a Cardo Group Company

We are a growing business at LCB-Group, This year we celebrate 11 years in the industry from our Cardiff flagship and have grown our business to form a further 5 offices in England and Wales. We regularly secure new contracts with new and existing clients. Most of our contracts are for 4 to 10 years so we are in a position to be able to recruit good people.

We are looking for Roofers within the Bristol area who understand that we do a lot of work in people’s homes, and we treat those valued customers in the same way we treat a much-respected family member – whilst also keeping them safe. We hope that sounds like you and that you also share our commitment to getting involved in community projects whenever we get the chance and making a positive difference to people’s lives.

We would like you to join our team as PAYE but we are happy to discuss other options, If you are a gang looking to work alongside us we can discuss other rates of pay.

Of course, you will also be a great Roofer and proud to do quality work.

The successful individuals will need to have experience working on own initiative, competent whilst working as a mobile operative, arranging and communicating daily with customers, administration staff and technical managers by means of telephone, email, and PDA applications.

Qualifications & experience required

· Construction or social housing background preferred but not essential

· Good organisational skills

· City in Guilds/NVQ or relevant experience

· Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure

· Ability to work as part of team.

· Full clean driving

· Ability to work closely with outside /contractors/Consultants
