Our multi-company group provides quality, value for money maintenance, compliance and retrofit services across the south west, south east and midlands. Future plans will see this develop into a national footprint.

We are currently looking for Mutli Carpenters to join our team in Hemel Hempstead.

The main duties involve:

• Carrying out maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard, providing a professional carpentry service, including fencing, and completing all tasks to an acceptable standard.
• Delivering KPI’s whilst adhering to HSEQ requirements. Flexibility to work within a team or alone and work tidally within residents’ properties utilising 1 & 2 fix, fencing and maintenance.
• Ensuring high customer service at all times by attending appointments on time, adhering to the code of conduct, acting professionally and respectful at all times.
• Promoting good working relationships with clients, customers and other stake-holders.
• Representing the company in a professional manner, demonstrating commercial awareness.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualification in Carpentry
• Previous experience working in social housing would be advantageous but not essential.
