We are currently looking for a Maintenance Business Support Manager to join our team in Bristol.
Overall purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for providing support in managing the daily operations of our Maintenance team. This includes overseeing and assisting with the day-to-day tasks and activities related to maintenance work. You will contribute to the smooth delivery of the section for our clients, specified performance criteria and timescales, whilst ensuring full compliance. You will be required to provide regular reports relating to service delivery and performance. This role often involves supporting the maintenance team with resources, tracking performance metrics, managing contracts, and coordinating between different departments.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Using order management system (service connect) through the day to log orders, track work progress, and instruct works to subcontractors.
- Supporting the current team of contract administrators.
- Monitor and report on the performance of maintenance activities through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with recruitment processes.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring they are trained and supported.
- Assist with IT within the section of business.
- Manage risk assessments and safety audits for maintenance operations.
- Create statistic information from management systems and report to Operations managers.
- Support Customer Care Manager analysing client feedback.

- Experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, with leadership or management responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to address operational challenges and find effective solutions quickly.
