We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Slough.
This role is to administer statutory compliance for Gas/Water/Legionella.
Accountabilities/responsibilities:
- General MNE compliance
- Lifts
- Asbestos Management
- FRA
- Maintain and update compliance records, documentation, and databases.
- Ensure all compliance-related documents are organised, accessible, and up to date.
- Assist in preparing and filing reports required by regulatory authorities.
- Support the development, implementation, and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in tracking employee acknowledgment of policies and training completion.
- Assist in the development, updating, and dissemination of compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Educate employees on compliance requirements and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve non-compliance issues.
- Prepare reports detailing audit findings and corrective actions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Compliance
- Social Housing background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
This role would suit someone with a background in compliance, particularly within Social Housing.
