To help improve how we look after our vehicles, reduce downtime, and give you better support, we are pleased to introduce Activa as our new Fleet Management partner. This change will make it easier and quicker for you to get help with any vehicle issues, whether you drive a company car or van.
One Phone Number for All Vehicle Needs
From 08/12/2025, please contact the Fleet Support Line: 01446 737 386 (Option 5, then Option 1). You will be put straight through to the Activa team.
Activa will help with:
- Booking services, repairs, and MOTs
- Breakdowns and roadside assistance
- Tyre replacements and puncture support
- Windscreen and glass repairs/replacements
- Accident reporting and repair management
- Out-of-hours and urgent support
For anything else not covered above, contact the Fleet Support Line: 01446 737 386 (Option 5, then Option 2), and you will speak to our in-house team directly.
What’s Changing?
We’ve kept things as simple as possible:
- If you have a problem with your vehicle, call 01446 737 386, select Option 5, then Option 1. Activa will handle your request.
- Activa will contact you directly when your MOT or service is due.
- You can still speak to your local fleet team for other queries by calling the same number and choosing Option 5, then Option 2.
- A major benefit is extended opening hours – evenings and weekends – so you can always speak to someone when you need help.
- Your local fleet team will still handle van changes, replacement vehicles, fuel cards, and one-off queries.
What Activa Will Manage
Activa will now take care of:
- Vehicle servicing and MOT bookings
- Accident management and repairs
- Roadside assistance and breakdown support
- Tyre replacements and puncture repairs
- Windscreen and glass repairs or replacements
This means faster responses and less downtime for your vehicle.
