Cardo secures major new contract as part of Anchor’s £1.7 billion repairs and planned works transformation

Cardo is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a major new regional contract with Anchor, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for people in later life.

This contract is part of Anchor’s transformative approach to repairs and planned works, with Cardo overseeing the London and South East region as one of seven regional contracts, which together are worth circa £1.7 billion over 15 years.

This significant partnership will see Cardo working alongside Anchor to improve the delivery of repairs and planned works, supported by the cutting-edge Plentific platform.

The platform will streamline work order management, enhance communication between colleagues and contractors, and provide a seamless experience for Anchor’s residents.
