Cardo and the Royal Borough of Kingston welcome new apprentices

Cardo and the Royal Borough of Kingston Council have welcomed ten new apprentices, the largest round of early careers recruitment since the partnership began earlier this year. This milestone highlights our shared commitment to creating apprenticeships and employment opportunities for local residents.

At a welcome day in Kingston, apprentices met key figures from both organisations. Cardo’s Early Careers Manager, Ashley Church, outlined the mentoring, training, and wellbeing support available to help them succeed in their new roles.

Stephan Coetzee, Account Manager at Cardo, said:

“Making a real difference in the communities where we work is at the heart of what we do. We’re proud to partner with Kingston Council to create meaningful training and employment opportunities that benefit not only the Kingston community but the wider sector – particularly at a time when skills shortages are becoming increasingly evident.

“We’re looking forward to supporting each apprentice as they develop their skills, build confidence, and progress along their chosen pathways.”
